We are really looking for someone who puts the customer first – someone that has strong communication skills and can manage a high volume phone-based environment. You are a team player and like going above and beyond to help others.

- Minimum 2 years experience working in a customer fronting/focus role
- Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- A mature composure with excellent communication skills
- A solutions seeking approach
- Excellent attention to detail as well as strong time management skills
