The Learning Designer is an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team working on the ‘Future Health Skills’ project.
Collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, teachers and industry, the Learning Designer is part of the resource development team, creating the training resources over the life of the project.
Working closely with the Technical Lead, you will create a range of microcredentials, suited for delivery to both the current and future health services workforce. The role requires a solid understanding of how technology can enhance the learning experience and outcomes, and the alignment of tools and solutions with best practice in a digital / blended educational context.
The role requires extensive experience in design and development for online and blended learning environments to a high-quality standard that supports achievement of educational outcomes and enhances student engagement levels.
