In this role you gain experience to be involved in the back end of customer service, working on a project to understand customer needs, expectations and understanding. You’ll be assisting with developing surveys, data charts, reporting and analysing data, and updating documents and manuals.
With your systematic and efficient approach, you’ll bring along excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and problems solving skills. You also have the ability for learning and using new technologies. Working as part of a team, you are flexible and can also work autonomously, contributing to the overall team goal. Customer orientated, you enjoy customer service with a passion for getting things right the first time and delivering exceptional customer service
