In these hands-on roles, we are looking for people who are passionate about delivering results, thrive in structured work processes and enjoy clear, efficient responsibilities in their role.

You’ll be part of a team that provides efficient and effective operation of the water treatment plant or water operations plant, through operational maintenance of equipment such as pumps, pipes and valves, monitoring, sampling and data logging.  You’re reliable, motivated, and eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment.

We are looking for people who are safety focused, motivated, and able to work according to operating procedures, proactively identifying problems and developing innovative solutions.  With your excellent communication skills teamed with strong computer skills, you’ll have the ability for learning and using new technologies.

As you’ll be working in one of our regional facilities that include Geelong, Colac, the Otway region or Black Rock, you’ll need a current Victorian driver’s license.
