In this hands on role you’ll gain experience to be involved in operational health, safety and wellbeing activities, assisting with data gathering, reporting and analysing data, updating guidelines, and get involved with minor projects.
With your systematic and efficient approach, you’ll bring along excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and problems solving skills, you have a passion for getting things right the first time and delivering exceptional customer service. You also have the ability for learning and using new technologies. Working as part of a team, you are flexible and can work autonomously, contributing to the overall team goal.

Gforce Apprentices and Trainees is one of the region’s largest employers of Apprentices and Trainees. As a trainee of gforce you will be a valued member of our friendly and supportive staff, while receiving award wages and on-the-job training. Like all our staff, you will be encouraged to develop a long term career and commitment to successfully complete your traineeship within the fixed term of 12 months.
Traineeship commences March 30th 2022.
